Despite some minor maintenance issues, my recent stay at Ktdc Mascot Hotel was enjoyable. The restaurant staff were polite and the food was good. Although the room was dusty, it was spacious. The hotel's interior decorations and renovations were impressive. I would recommend this hotel for its comfortable beds and good breakfast.

Stayed at this place in the centre of the city and it was a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, right in a public street market, with easy access to shops and restaurants. The hotel itself had a lovely ambience, with beautifully laid out gardens and a pleasant lobby area. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing us with a great place to relax after a long day of exploring. The staff were very helpful and friendly, always wearing a smile and ready to assist us with anything we needed. The restaurant served excellent food, especially the authentic Malayali dishes that were a highlight of our stay. we had a fantastic time here and would definitely recommend it to friends.

In the heart of a bustling city, this hotel provides a comfortable base with helpful and friendly staff. The outdoor garden and restaurant offer a peaceful ambiance perfect for a private dinner. Rooms, although showing their age, are spacious and provide a quiet atmosphere. Guests can explore the gardens or take advantage of the on-site parking. Unfortunately, other aspects of the hotel, such as Wifi and bathroom fittings, may need attention.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel's location was perfect for what we needed and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The cleanliness of all areas was impressive, including the well-manicured gardens. The restaurant had excellent Malayali cuisine and the buffet was great for those who needed to work in their rooms. The lobby was a lovely place to relax and meet up with friends.

The buffet breakfast was quite good, offering a decent variety of options. The location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and attractions. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful in recommending nearby places to visit.

The room was quite outdated, with old switches and difficult-to-operate AC. The hot water was not reliable and the internet connection was limited and required a new sign-in each time. The pool, which was one of the reasons we chose the hotel, was not available and under repair.

Great hotel experience during our city trip! We loved the complementary breakfast and the friendly staff who helped us with all our inquiries. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center. The pool was also a great feature and we enjoyed a refreshing dip after a long day of exploring.

Although the rooms were spacious, the decor felt a little outdated and in need of a refresh. The bed was also a little firm for our liking, but it didn't impact our overall stay.
